The Working Residency
As an avid surfer and swimmer, Paul offers a unique 'working residency' for homeowners with vacation properties near surf breaks, swimmable rivers, or homes with private pools. Think of this as a professional service for destination homes.
For these destination projects, we provide a professional discount on my standard hourly rate ($100/hr vs. our normal $140/hr) in exchange for a stay at the property. This is an ideal way to get factory-level tuning, regulation, or rebuilding done on a second home or retreat while we’re in the area for a surf or swim.
