Paul Marshall

Paul is a Registered Piano Technician (RPT) with more than 20 years of experience, who brings factory-level precision and craftsmanship directly to your home. Since relocating to San Francisco in 2004, he has devoted his career to mastering piano technology through some of the world’s most rigorous and respected training programs.

Lee Tom

After 25 years as a Graphic Designer and Art Director, Lee’s pivoted his lifelong pursuit for detail and craftsmanship toward a new calling: Piano Technology. His background in managing complex projects and delivering thoughtful, accessible design has evolved into a hands-on apprenticeship with Paul. Today, he applies that same 'pixel-perfect' rigor to the mechanical and tonal intricacies of the piano, ensuring every instrument he services is as technically precise as it is artistically compelling.
